Champagne Bauchet is a family business passed on from father to son since 1920, located in the small Champagne village of Bisseuil. Four generations of the family have been cultivating and harvesting vines with great care and passion on their 34 hectares estate which is one of the largest in the Champagne region. Everything from grapes to the winemaking process is carried out entirely at the winery. The size of the family winery makes it possible to develop large quantities in a wide range of Champagne wines (6 cuvées) and to guarantee a consistent quality that is worthy of the great Champagne houses.

It stands as a tribute to the Founders of House. Their constant and relentless search for quality and excellence, their daily attention to details allowed the Bauchet family to become one of the few independent Champagne Houses in operation.

Memoire has a bright yellow color with strings of fine bubbles that create a creamy foam on the surface. The aroma offers notes of bread, butter, yellow fruit and daffodils. After aeration, the aroma becomes richer, with hints of honey and pears on a mineral background. The effervescent foam in the mouth has a soft and velvety texture.
