The Tre Venti grapes are harvested during the first week of September by hand. After a careful selection of the bunches and a soft pressing and destemming, the vinification takes place according to the Charmat Method, that is with the re-fermentation in an autoclave followed by a short refinement on the yeasts. This wine delights with its elegantly dry taste. It was bottled with 3.9 grams of residual sugar. As you would expect from a premium and single-vineyard wine, this Italian wine naturally delights with the finest balance despite its dryness. Excellent taste does not necessarily need sugar.

Brilliant platinum yellow color. The perlage of this sparkling wine is wonderfully long-lasting and fine in the glass. If you give it a little air in the wine glass by swirling it, this sparkling wine is characterized by an extraordinary lightness that makes it dance nimbly in the glass. With a little time in the glass, this sparkling wine reveals wonderfully youthful aromas of star fruit, papaya and  melon, rounded off by other fruity nuances.
