Savigny Les Beaune Blanc

The Philippe Girard estate is located on a beautiful property in the heart of Savigny-les-Beaune, a beautiful village near Beaune. The estate currently cultivates 22 hectares (60% red, 40% white). The vines extend across 14 communes. The Domaine team places great importance on working the vines while respecting traditions and the terroir. 

Aged for 8 to 10 months in oak barrels with 20% new barrels.

This wine offers a lovely golden color with emerald or pale straw highlights. Characterized by the richness of its bouquet, it is a consistent wine with a certain smoothness on the palate but also a lot of freshness of taste.
