Farnito Cabernet Sauvignon

Carpineto is an Italian producer with several estates across highly regarded Tuscan DOCG regions. It was founded in 1967 by Giovanni Carlo Sachet and Antonio Mario Zaccheo with the aim of being a high-quality Chianti Classico producer. Carpineto is the story of two friends and their families, united by a common love for Sangiovese Grape and a strong desire to partake in Tuscany’s wine renaissance. Today, families work together managing 5 estates, 500 hectares of land, all sustainably farmed, and wines are produced in carbon neutral wineries, are vegan friendly. Carpineto wines are the result of advanced scientific and enological processes and techniques which respect the territorial integrity of the land. 

This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon opens with aromas of tilled soil, cedar, underbrush and a whiff of dark berry. The forward palate delivers ripe black currant, star anise and vanilla alongside close-grained tannins.
