Gattinara

On the nose, its profile manages to be both full of youth but also contains tertiary notes at the same time. The primary fruit notes of the Nebbiolo are still present but are literally melting into aromas of leather and vanilla from the wooden cask, where the wine has spent more that five years of its life. In the mouth it launches a concerto of sensations, based around the typical irony timbre which renders this wine unequivocally unique.
