Fume Blanc Napa Valley

Robert Mondavi Winery is one of the most prominent wine producers in Napa Valley. Founded in 1966 by Robert Mondavi himself, the company is widely credited with kickstarting the modern era of California's wine industry. Mondavi founded the winery after he split from his family's business, Charles Krug. His stated aim was to swap quantity for quality, believing that good wine could be made in the valley.

The clear straw yellow color of this wine is interspersed with golden highlights. The elegant bouquet unfolds lively aromas of lime peel, fresh lemongrass, followed by jasmine and orange blossoms, sun-ripened citrus fruits like lemon and lime with subtle notes of summery flower meadow. A vibrantly refreshing, aromatically concentrated, expressive, full-bodied and at the same time round, supple feeling fills the palate.
