Monte Carbonare Soave Classico

This specific cru of Soave, Monte Carbonare, is one of the best expressions of Soave. It is made on a volcanic black soil, and the minerality of this wine is what makes it unique and special. It is not too sapid though: it is balanced, medium to full bodied with structure and warmth. Ripe white peaches, honey and freesia, jasmine and saffron: all these scents are well integrated with the smell of wet black stone. At the palate it is intense, warm, persistent and long.
