Beaune Blanc Champagne de Savigny

The Philippe Girard estate is located on a beautiful property in the heart of Savigny-les-Beaune, a beautiful village near Beaune. The estate currently cultivates 22 hectares (60% red, 40% white). The vines extend across 14 communes. The Domaine team places great importance on working the vines while respecting traditions and the terroir. 

Aged for 8 to 10 months in oak barrels with 20% to 30% new barrels.

This 30A 35CA monopoly is located at the foot of the "Montagne de Beaune". This appellation highlights terroirs favorable to Chardonnay, although planted mainly with Pinot Noir. Clear, pale yellow wine color. Granny Smith apple, pear and lemon zest, white flowers on the nose. Pure and fresh on the palate with a nice acidity.
