Ron Barceló Organic

Ron Barceló is a premium rum producer that was founded 1929 and entirely produced in the Dominican Republic, in line with the designation of origin requirements. Uniquely different because it's made not from molasses, like most rum, but from 100% sugarcane juice that comes from the company’s own plantations in San Pedro de Macorís, and fermented, distilled, and aged in the Dominican Republic. This commitment to quality ensures that only the best and most brilliant sugar cane goes into Barceló Rum.

Limited production rum made from fresh sugarcane juice, extracted from one of estate's oldest and wildest fields. Aged in selected oak staves without prior use, packaged in a majestic sugarcane-derived plant fiber case with a description written with organic ink. Barceló Organic is the result of extreme commitment to sustainability, through a cultivation methodology developed based on the solid implementation of RB360 Sustainability Code.

Fragrances of caramelized cherry, cocoa and tobacco. The entry is characterized by sharp notes of fleshy fruits, but hints of toasted dried fruit and pink pepper appear in the background. In the mouth it is clean and pure, with a prolonged and mild finish.
