Saint Aubin 1er Cru Blanc en la Ranchee

The Philippe Girard estate is located on a beautiful property in the heart of Savigny-les-Beaune, a beautiful village near Beaune. The estate currently cultivates 22 hectares (60% red, 40% white). The vines extend across 14 communes. The Domaine team places great importance on working the vines while respecting traditions and the terroir. 

Aging for 8 to 10 months in oak barrels with 20% to 30% new barrels.

An appellation in the southern Côte de Beaune region, it is renowned for its white wines. This plot of nearly 1 hectare, located on the hillside, faces due east. White flowers, flint, green almond and orange blossom on the nose. Firm, full body on the palate.
