Champagne Bauchet is a family business passed on from father to son since 1920, located in the small Champagne village of Bisseuil. Four generations of the family have been cultivating and harvesting vines with great care and passion on their 34 hectares estate which is one of the largest in the Champagne region. Everything from grapes to the winemaking process is carried out entirely at the winery. The size of the family winery makes it possible to develop large quantities in a wide range of Champagne wines (6 cuvées) and to guarantee a consistent quality that is worthy of the great Champagne houses.

This vintage champagne known in specialized reference guides among wine merchants and oenophiles. It faithfully reproduces the know-how and style of House Cellar Master, full of emotion and sensation. An emblematic vintage of house, a true standard bearer, it testifies to roots in Champagne.

Elegant notes of almonds and acacia together hints of biscuits that suggest fine ageing in the cellars. When aired, white fruit come up with apples, pears, grapefruit and a refreshing vegetal note: thyme, mint, white pepper. Expresses a complex combination, but gently not excessively.
